It’s a tactical shot that stockfish found. The king in the center makes it vulnerable to attack which allows stockfish to do this
Calculation depth, that’s why it may change its mind after a bit. There’s some neat tactics after the pawn captures the knight, which Stockfish sees at first, but perhaps Black has some positional move that Stockfish sees later which gives Black an advantage.
