OK, birthdays over with. To the OP; If you wanna inform the site, post it in "help & support". If you want it fixed, post it in the thead, "Bugs on chess.com" and wait for Don (Arrakis09). If you don't want it to happen again, I suggest you have your computer looked at by a technician. If this was a problem on chess.com's end, there would be a lot of people complaining. IMO, the problem is on your end.
