Free chess coaches?

I suck, I need to be 2200 already. I need to get there, my biggest problem is that my theory is always off and I am garbage at theory, I’m learning the najdorf. 

So u r looking for free chess coaches correct?

I doubt someone would be willing to coach you for free to get you to 2200. 
Idk what else to say, other than the more you stay in a negative mindset the harder it will be to improve, so don't ever be too hard on yourself.

yea u can be very hard on yourself sometimes. Your a very good chess player.

Don't learn theory. Learn plans and tactics.

Theory never got me to 1600-1800. It was better positioning that did, and openings that weren't as aggressive. You don't need to learn lines upon lines. You need to learn how to outplay your opponent.

As someone who has reached that milestone, put in at least an hour of acual training such as courses from chessly or chessable, books on anything are great, watching grandmasters talk on games from the past is wonderful as well. but the main thing you need to know is that getting to 2200 is NOT as important as loving the game. Remember that rating means nothing if you have a toxic relationship with chess. Because if you love chess you want to study, improve, and learn naturally instead of getting mad at yourself for losing 10 games in a row. so i think you should take a break from playing online and just study for a week or so, and go from there.

Psychology in chess is underrated.

My biggest issue isn’t actually theory, I was just so ticked at myself for throwing a tournament last night. I need to just not be tired during games, I still need a coach though

Do you know why you are loosing games? If you don't, find that out, through analysis, and don't do it. If you do know, figure out why you are doing it.

For example, if you are blundering pieces, maybe a course on board vision would help?
