FREE COACHING!!!!

Yeah, that's right, FREE COACHING! This is for players rated below 1500.

Here is how it will work. One lucky person will get 3 hours of coaching, for free! All you have to do is:

1. Leave a comment saying why you need/want a coach.

I will do a drawing on 5/21/2012 and announce the winner here in this forum and also send a message to the winner. If you do not win, don't worry. I will probably be doing another one of these competitions in the near future.  Also check out my coaching profile if you are looking for serious improvement. 

If you do win, then you have 2 Months to spend the 3 hours before they expire. 

It works as below:

1. At the scheduled time we both log into Livechess and into Skype.

2.We talk to each other through Skype audio, (Video calling slows the connection so we will only use audio.).

3. I will invite you to an analysis board in live chess inside of which we will use the board to look at whatever we are learning. (It will be only Me and the Student viewing the analysis board.)

and i have played many games as you can see from my profile,

I do need to work on openings, and tactics, especially as black, i have a passion to learn, its just about getting the right coaching.

need to work calculating abilities, my goal for the year is the equivalent of 1500 OTB, and calculation is my weakes area(oddly enough, I play by pure intuition). anyway, so you can see where I need to improve here is my opening rep

I would like a coach to help me understand my weaknesses. I am an active player who plays here regularly and go to tournaments in my city whenever there is one. So I would rely like to improve my game

I recently started playing again for the first time in years.  It's like starting over again.  I want to do it right this time...  So I'm looking for guidance and advice on my game and the best ways to improve.  Thanks for the generous offer.

(btw, this is my first post, so.. hello everyone.. )

I think a coach would help me have a better understanding of strategy and which openings are better for me, which i think is my weakest point, though i clearly need improving in the rest of the aspects as well.

i learn chess thanks to chess.com i learn everything from it.i started chess when my chess.com ratings were 600.now i am 1400 thanks to my kind chess.com friends .i joined chess.com 2010 and i already played my first rated tourn on 2011 oct.i am much happy about the results even i got only 5 out of 9 and next tourn i also got 5 with extra draws.most of them have coaches to guide them they have been learning chess from the early age i am bit happy about my performace in 2 years.when i win or lose i analyse games my self cos i dont have a coach.even this premium membership was given me by friend becasue of a draw with danny in the BIGSHOW programe .if u learn the piano by yourself that will coasue to to to adict to bad habbits without a teacher so i dont even understand why me moves are bad according to computers even i really happy that i made some

i can say something like this.one of my friend said he has the national champion  as a coach but i can say i have mllions of chess coach on the internet such as jerry chess network.danny dpruss all my chess.com friends

i would really like and need a coach. that would really be helpful for me. i can use this ability for me to have a scholarship for my future studies. i cannot afford the price for a coach here. i really love chess, but i cant learn it by myself.

Hi! Topic author, I like to learn Chess. I wrote already a topic about it, but there is no one who could coach me. Then I found your topic **this one**. Why you should coach me? I don't know, I just very like to play chess and want surely improve my chess.
