What's wrong with the Analysis Board and Game Editor here? Creating a PGN is one of the things it does.

@notmtwain: I'm aware of the Chess.com utility but haven't figured out how to save my input as a .pgn file I can then use with other software. Can you explain how to please?

Hi All. Can anyone point me towards a free app that runs on Windows XP that would allow me to enter moves (B&W) from a chess game and allow me to save the game in a PGN format file. I'm interested in running analysis on computer from OTB games at club etc. Thanks in advance.
