i see where the the queen has dipped her toe into politics today. she has advised on the referendum that the voters "think about it". on it's face it is a neutral phrase but i take it to mean that she is speaking up against the yes vote for secession.

I feel that the "royals" are sweating this out. These people are not special, and not revelant in todays world. All people should be free of tyrants!
today is the vote on the uk future. one thing that worries me over scotland leaving the uk is whether scotland will find herself trading one over-reaching partner ( uk parliament ) for the parliament at brussels. to become a free republic that remains independent the scots will need to preserve themselves from eu regulation. i am afraid that in twenty years they will find themselves prisioners to the eu and no more free today than under the uk parliament.
