I think french is really a weak opening!
see my game against an IM...
Meybe i will analyse this with u in live!
then can show u it is winning!!
many thing's which i can do!
i don't go on counting material but on quality of material is much more important!!
^you are right, Nevergaveup.. it's not material in that position that's important, but the quality of it.
White is only down 1 point worth of material, however black isalmost fully developed (b6 an Ba6 will finish it). He has king safety, while white's king isnt all too safe, and is trapping in its own rook.
Well fear!
i would never allow the bishop chk to come!!
chk my second analyses!! where i made some correction!
ok then next move is castling and then bxg5...
and u will soon notice that ur queen side pieces with king are stuck!!
yea But he played because he want break the center!!
well it is the line!
of course now many people will take my game and analyse with computer, But in the real match how can it be possible to get recovered, that ur opponent have sacrificed so many pieces!!
It's very hard to play psychologically!!
and also when clock is tiking!
Yea Sir! ur nxde5 was correct!
and i have analysed that move during the game!!
But I still like to play like this when there is f7 weakness!!
...

First of all, congratulations on beating an IM, even if it was only in "practice". Tho I'm confused about the setting. You said it was a practice game, and you also said that a crowd gathered when you made your sac. Seems like a strange practice session with crowds.
You posted this line here, not just to show that you beat an IM, but that your move was brilliant and winning. You did not claim it was a psychological ploy.
But now that it's been shown to have been busted, and with fairly obvious moves, you are complaining?
Btw after pfren's 13..Ndxe5, clearly there is no weakness on f7. It should be noted that once you take back with 14.Nxe5 or 14.dxe5 black will eventually play 14..bb4 or 15..Bb4 preventing you from castling. Even though the center is closed. I can hardly say that this piece sacrifice is sufficient.
Smyslov fan!
We played this game in the chess academy!!
where many people come to play and te learn!
so there i played with an IM! he arrived there!!
For promotion of academy!
Most 1. e4 players hate the french, but it's not that good. White gets a space advantage, and with theory, he can get a lovely sharp position. If you can't play sharp positions, don't play 1. e4.
I remember an IM who played the french, and he said: Playing the french well is all about calculating Bxh7 sacrifices. White indeed has most of the sacrificial attacks (in the opening and early middlegame).
The problem is that the french structure is not like anything else. It's a problem for black players, since they can't change openings so easily, and can therefor get out-prepared quite deeply. If you play closed ruy, you can just change systems because the ideas is pretty much the same (except Zaitsev).
I've got excellent results with the french from the black side (which is 5 wins and 1 draw against opponents on roughly same rating as me, but they simply had no idea in the structure), but changed to 1... e5 because of the problem with only learning 1 structure. Currently Im afraid of the structure, and plays to open the position so much that I can. But hoping to learn some theory when there comes a new book on 3. Nc3!.
Sir Pfren!
I never refute french defense!!
And also i never want to refute the 3rd most common opening in the world from black!!
it is the most solid defense for black!
and i respect each and every opening!!
:)
I hate playing against the french.
If I want complications I have to enter something like the Winawer, which black knows 1009347268x better than I do.
