Frustrating Delay Guys

Problem:In 1 day time control match or 3 day time control match you're paired up against multiple opponents like for 81st chess.com community tournament(for example)

so you move and you have 1 day time same for opponent well at middlegame stages it becomes low equal like you or your opponent are pawn down(it can be drawn)

but problem happens when its 3 day match and you're clearly winning against some opponent for example you are 2,3 pieces up then suddenly opponent consumes all time making moves in last hour wasting 2 days and some hours despite knowing eventually its lose 

i know they've  right to consume but come on there should be solution thanks

i mean look at this I'm crystal clear winning here it's last game all other opponents resigned and this opponent is making it very long for me 

What's the big deal?

There are still 200 games to complete in the round, so the guy isn't holding up anything.

Those tournaments often go on for more than a year.

I would get comfortable.
