It's nice, but not the most sound. If we are talking about transpositional openings and opening systems, my favorite of them is 1. Nf3, but I don't use it nowadays.
Also black blundered their bishop, but I was winning anyways. You can check with stockfish.
Yeah. It's not AS flexible as the reti, but I like to make a balance between, keeping the evaluation above zero point two for white, meeting that of many classical openings, even with perfect play.
This is more of a transpositional opening than an opening on its own. g3 is like the second most flexible option for white, with the highest winrate at master level on the lichess database. There are multiple systems you can employ, but this is my favourite. Btw, my OTB rating is 1850, so you can tell if my play matches or not.
