Gaining no trophies when winning matches

I have been stuck on 30 trophies in the bronze-league for as long as I can remember. Just now i started a match (10 minutes rapid) and it showed both players league and I assumed I would gain trophies after the win. But after I won I gained no trophies and stayed at 30 trophies. 

Is this a bug? It seems like it, I play according to the instructions about how to gain trophies but nothing happens. Please help!

There was a bug late last year where done players got in stuck divisions. You should get placed in a new division after your next qualifying game. If you see you're put back in the same division again with 30 points, reply again

I've been playing blitz games recently but I have not been receiving any trophies at all. This is my league:

You were in a stuck division. After your next have you should be placed in a division.
