The best gambit I know would be the Traxler Gambit!
It's a gambit only playable as black:
1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4 Nf6 4. Ng5 Bc5!
This position derives from the fried liver attack, once he captures with Nxf7 black will respond with Qe7 leaving his rook hanging. After Nxh8 black is going to sacrifice his bishop on f2 with Bxf2+,After the king takes the bishop on f2 (Kxf2),Blacks attack will commence with Nxe4+.
Now I haven't played this gambit for awhile. And I can't give a diagram because I'm on my iPad right now. But it is the best gambit I know of.

I like the Cunningham 3 pawn gambit in the kings gambit 1.e4 e5 2.f4 exf4 3.Nf3 Be7 4.Bc4 Bh4+ 5.g3 fxg3 6.0-0 gxh2+ 7.Kh1. Cool.
