Game abandonment several moves in and no Elo gain?

I just played a 15/10 rapid game against someone from Finland rated approximately 1200-1250. The game was going well for me, I was up two pawns. All of a sudden, the game was aborted but I didn’t get any elo and the game isn’t in my match history? Can anyone explain? Is this a bug or a cheater?
