Game analysis with Chessbase12

I would need your help about game analysis with chessbase 12.

When I analyze a game with any, for instance, online service, the engine always leaves the game as first/main variation and places its own variations as a second / note to the main one.

When I analyze a game with Chessbase12 ( open a database> click on  game> choose the deep analysis mode) chessbase makes exactly the opposite : identifies its own correct/main variation, places it at the first rank and analyzes mainly this one.

For instance I just opened now a game for analysis : chess base has chosen a first and main variation, then has identified a sub-variation A , another B ,and finally has placed the game as variation C , and then obviously spent its time analyzing the main one,A and B.

Unfortunately I was interested in variation C , that is the game to be analyzed.

And unfortunately I do not know what to do with such a type of analysis.

Do you have any suggestion ?
