How many moves were made? Did the message say 'game aborted' ? Or 'game aborted by server' ?

game aborted - I'd just promoted a pawn so it was well into the game...

I'm new here also and I don't have an answer, but I do have a question. It seems that there have been other posts here for games that were automatically aborted. I thought one could only abort a game by their own decision. For what reason could chess.com automatically abort any game?

Sometimes the server aborts the game, which is why i was asking the questions. If the server did abort the game, and it wasn't done by a player, then we need to look into this and see why.
I was winning a game then this: GAME ABORTED - nolistkd vs. dwesty - Game has been automatically aborted. 2nd time it's happened so I thought I'd ask in here. Forgive me if it's something obvious- I'm pretty new! :)
