I think you're underestimating the blitz play of titled players as a learning experience. You learn from their ideas, plans, and creativity all of which does not dimish that great a deal during blitz.
If all you're looking for is the optimum move every move then just have two computers go at it, seriously.

There are tons of replays of live chess games between gm's available online I'm sure. I'm guessing the reason they only play blitz is that they don't want to take their work home with them; the kind of chess where you have to think for hours is their job so they probably dont' want to do it more then is beneficial.
why there is only rapid or bliz game between IM FM GM ? Can they play a standard game ? although they are strong, but in rapid or blitz game the move they did is not an optimum move, i hope i can watch a standard game between master level.....
