To me it looks like you ran out of time.
If it says "insufficient material" either both of you didn't have enough pieces to checkmate (which is clearly not the case here)
...or one player ran out of time while his opponent does not have enough material to checkmate. In this case the game would be drawn (see above)
I guess you just mixed up the move order since the link you provided shows that in the final position it is white to move.

It's black's move and I am sure he can very well move and gets check-mated in the next. But the game as drawn due to Insufficient Material? I am not sure how?
I did offer him a draw earlier in the game, but he moved, and I think that should mean you've rejected the option of Drawing?
I am not really very interested in rating for now, as I am looking to improve my game and I played a very good game there (at least by my standards).
Just trying to figure out how the match got tied.
