Game Network Latency Is Important.Really!

Sometimes I lost few seconds suddenly(5-7 seconds)in 1 second during bullet game play. Is there anyway to solve it? Average ping in my network is 20-35 ms , checking after such games.

Thanks for your help happy.png, but I usually used mobile app to play chess. And sometimes lost few seconds within a blink of eyes period "not showing -connecting status too"
