Game not ending and can't start a new game

Now his time has run out, but I have not been awarded the win. The game is just frozen and I am not able to start a new game because this one is still in progress. How do I end this game without resigning?

Just hangs (for 5 minutes now),

Happened to me twice just now. Now I feel bad for reporting my opponent for stalling

Yeah, I was playing rapid tournament and round 2 never begun,

And now I cannot find that tournament tab..

I don't think these games count, as @StumpyBlitzer said. They didn't count for me.

It doesn't say that I won or lost but I was beating my opponent, I'm thankful that I wasn't actually reconnecting but am still annoyed at that.

Don't worry, there are plenty of other opponents for you to beat once they fix it

I made the mistake of resigning the game that was frozen since I thought it did not count, and I ended up losing my rating.
