Game review doesn't show move explanations

some people don't understand. when i try to use my game review option, sometimes it works propperly, and sometimes it does NOT explain the moves i did, it does not have anything to do with diamond membership because a lot of people have the same issue with the membership active. Also, i can be weeks without playing, and when i try to review a game, the same issue is present, and it appears randomly, making it very annoying and kinda irritating
