Game will auto abort in 30 seconds

EDIT: in 54 seconds

I am getting this message the past 5 - 6 times that attempted to play with random users online. I have registered today and I was able to have about 4 - 5 of these games with other random users online.

I am new here and I don't understand, is that an option from the other user? They aborted it, or the system at chess.com aborted it?

I don't understand.

Chess com will abort the game after some inactive period to combat users who leave the game and force you to hang around staring at a timer in order to collect your win.

Thanks. But I have collected 2 wins only when users were inactive. At these instances I am referring to I didn't collect any wins.
