I also get random games that do not count for leagues, and the reason is not specified.
Sometimes there is some lag and the game dialog doesn't correctly receive information about the game counting. However, the trophies end up getting added to your total.
Just happened to me again, 3 games I won this afternoon not being taken into account. Support says that games MUST be played on /play, games on /live do not count. Not sure what the difference is and how to change to /play? Any help please?

This has been fixed but may take some time to fully catch up.

every game I start is a chess.com/live game and you need to be in a chess.com/play game. Does anyone know how to start a game in chess.com/play. I don't believe that i changed any settings, this has only become an issue today

You just choose Play > Play in the menu and not Play > Live Chess

The games played while it was bugged will backfill as the queue gets caught up.
Yeah, I haven't received points for any of my wins today, which comes out to 75 points not counted. Unfortunate...
same thing is happening to me, this may be due to the chess.com team fixing the other league problem that happened 2 weeks ago

The same thing happened last week. I could not win the cup on the last day before the end of the league and I had to leave the league and join again. I lost my points. The same thing happened again this week.

Me too.. I'm #4 on champion, but there isn't much difference between 1st and 4th...
I think I may be having a similar issue. Last 3 wins do t seem to have registered. I'll wait and see.
This issue is different, yesterday it was working bcs the people on this specific chat are talking about the issue that happened 3 days ago but then it started working after a few hours, now the same problem happens now so we might just have to wait it out like every other time.
If you're playing via phone app, try updating your app, just in case you haven't yet (i don't know whether it can solve the problem, but hope this helps)

Same here and i have points to receive..
Same happened to me, none of the above reasons fit my games so the system is glitched or not explained properly. So this has removed the motivation, if it's somewhere in some rules at least publish them.
There were some site issues today and when those got resolved some back end processes were queued and didn't fully restart processing. League trophies were one of those.
Staff have those processes running now and catching up. I'm not sure that that will include processing trophies that didn't award or not, but it might.
