games freezing

Hi, over the last few weeks my games keep freezing mid game. Both mine and opponents clock stop on my screen but is obviously still ticking down as I lose on time. I play mostly 10min clock have tried on both WiFi and 4g and it’s the same problem. The only way I have figured how to stop it is if I offer a draw and the time will start again but this is obviously annoying especially if I’m well ahead in a game. Any advice would be welcomed. Thank you

If this is on the iOS app, please make sure you have version 3.9.16 (2) installed - it has addressed most of these problems, although a few people are still experiencing it even with this update: see clock stuck? - Chess Forums - Page 6 - Chess.com
Thanks. I’ve just noticed there was an update I hadn’t done. Hopefully this will sort it 🤞🤞
My screen freezes...very annoying in a winning position. By the time I reload, I lost the game on time... I use Chrome and it is the latest version of it. Many thanks for your help. Please
