Yes. The first Petrosian was a gentleman and world champion. The second was a second rate GM and a cheater. The two share little in common but a name and a country of birth.

Petrosian looked down right after his opponents played a move. He never looked down after he played a move and before his opponent did.
That, along with the fact that the cheat detection software detected cheating several times makes it a fairly easy case.
You can be excused for your support of him since he is from your country, but he is guilty. He’s an average GM who played engine moves, and acted very suspiciously. It’s an open and shut case.
