Any reason you didn't define ranges for "how long" question? (Less than a month, less than six months, less than a year, less than 3 years, etc.)

Wonder why you ask about motor skills. Chess hasn't traditionally been a game requiring coordination. Perhaps for bullet.

Question about IQ seems unusual. Someone with IQ under 40 probably couldn't fill out the form.

Also wonder if you should define ranges for rating (<1000 blitz, 1000-1500, 1500-2000, 2000 and over) . Otherwise you will have no correlations.

And for "how often"? (Most every day for more than 6 hours, most every day for more than 3 hours, a few games most every day, a few games per week, etc.)
