Well 20. .... Qf3 looks pretty lethal. 21. Nf4 Bg5
Don't give up a pin if you have a mating attack on the go as attacking material means more than an exchange in those micro games.
Saddest Loss Ever

I just won my first match when I was down so hard, and I beat an American. Then I lost 2 in a row, ha.

I am new to the seriousness of the game and I am alone out here, just a nudge would be much appreciated

oh, and my reaction: https://clips.twitch.tv/GlamorousTalentedPenguinM4xHeh
Lol i gave you that link
The stage you are at is getting the calculations better. For example white should have played 7. Qxf3
12. ... Nf4+ ?? The reply to that should Bc1xNf4
Taking stock of the position (even a queen up) the first thing to consider is restricting white's mobility.
The move ... Rb8 appeals as it keeps the bishop protecting the b-pawn
A more sophisticated plan would be Bd6. That attacks the disputed square [f4], adds pressure to [h2] and finally threatens Qh4,Qxh2+,Qh1#
Should white then dispute [h4] with Re4 you have Bf5 attacking the rook (a tempo move) and forcing it to give the [h4] square.
