so we expect nothing in 2019. 2 in 2020! February and December 2020
They usually release in 1 to 2 year time frame and when they meet those criteria ,
1. Newer version is +50 elo ( Latest dev is +42 elo already)
2. Finish majority of patches tests and regression tests.
3. Decision by main maintainer, who is Stephane Nicolet currently.
