be motivated to study and work on all aspects of your game. Explore all avenues of chess, ie; openings, middlegames, endings, tactics, strategy. Study games of the masters with master analysis. do you understand what you are reading ? no ? then go over the games again, until it makes sense. Experience / improvement takes much effort.
