For me the most frustrating way to lose you could say, is when I lose due to an obvious mistake I made by not having the patience to look at the board long enough and analyzing each possible move. I want to make moves sooner because often I see something that could be what I perceive as a "good" move, or what seems to be the only right move in that situation. When the next move my opponent makes takes a piece I did not notice I become frustrated . If I make a mistake knowing I did not make careless moves I feel better.
When once in a while I try playing 5, 3, or even 1 minute blitz then I am not concerned about such blunders at all. In fact in blitz I really don't think it is the same chess. Maybe it's even pointless. It's fun, but I don't care in quick matches.
