A Morning Star Production starring:

Timothy Robert Smith / Anna Ross / Jeff Fust

a film directed by Charles Ortiz

“I sent my soul through the invisible,
Some letter of that after-life to spell;
And by and by my soul returned to me,
And answered, ‘I myself am Heaven and Hell” - Omar Khayyam (1038 - 1141)

I tried looking for more online. The photos were taken off the internet:

It appears that there was a gofundme-like appeal to raise funds for this idea 3 years ago that raised about $1,000. The blurb did sound a little intriguing: A desperate man is forced to play a game of chess against one of the greatest adversaries in the world in an ultimate showdown between good and evil.

But it does remind me of an Ingemar Bergmann film, the Seventh Seal, which also features a confrontation with death over a chessboard.

Later that year, there was a casting call for a girl with mime skills to watch two guys play chess on the beach. From your list, it appears that they got an actual young cute actress on board.

Your other posts in Spanish appear to reveal that you are the director.

Me llamo Carlos Ortiz.

I guess none of us expect death to be on the line when we play a simple game of chess.

Is any of this correct? Are you the director? Do you have an actual premier or first showing planned?

The picture scene taken looks beautiful.
