yes it can be achieved by starting out Grob's Attack or Bird's Opening.
What about Poisoned Pawn variation? Doesn't it mean that you have a pawn that is very ill?

I've learned about an opening with an obscure name like kahiko-hula gambit.
It's called the French Defense: Horwitz Variation, Pap-Ticulat Gambit.
And it's not even that bad of an opening actually!
