Two things:
2...Ng4? loses a knight to 3.Qxg4.
3...Nxf2? loses a knight to 4.Kxf2.
Well 3.... Nxf2, after 4 Kxf2, you can't castle.
First, you haven't debated the fact that Ng4 was a blunder.
And are castling rights REALLY worth an entire piece? White can "castle by hand" by playing something like Be2, Rf1, and 0-0 and white's just up a piece.
