I found out after my previous post it's probably related to accounts that sign in with linked authentication (Google, Facebook) and not an associated password. I believe you'll need a password assigned to the account to change the username. If you contact Support directly using the option in the menu they should be able to help

When I try to change my username I have a message saying that changing username should not have any extra fields.
I want to know why is that
