1. Every 30 seconds, the time starts flashing, and says that I disconnected.

I DID NOT DISCONNECT.

2. My opponent's clock freezes when it's his/her move, and then it says that I disconnected.

3. My time ended up as 2 minutes when it was quite a short game! The disconnected has made my rating to 700!! Now, I had to win a few games just to get my rating back. My level is about 900-1000.

4. Chess.com pairs you up with hackers. Hackers will display their clock (when it's their turn) running, they do not make a move. It goes all the way to 0:00, and then they don't lose! When I reload the page, it displays my clock as 0:00! And my opponent had a lot of time, and I lost.

5. Then, it says my fair play score is too low!! NOT MY FAULT

These problems might be caused from internet connectivity problems. I had a hard time with disconnecting for a while. One time I lost against a very low rated player, due to internet activity I was winning to.

Are you playing on a mobile device or computer? I used to have a problem with the app disconnecting, since I’ve been playing on the computer I very rarely have a problem.

I use a computer used to have problems with wifi at my home.

keep on playing and consider rating a bonus.

You know what. I have a paid account now as well, with a paid account you don't have ads, I've heard some say that chess.com ads will slow down your browser.

Everything in your post matches what connection problems cause. The problem can be anywhere from your device, through any of the connections your traffic takes, all the way ro the site servers. Other processes on your system, or traffic on your local network segment van also cause connection issues.

It's not hackers ... all traffic goes through the Live server process and your opponents can't see your connection details.

Some of those articles are a little old but IE and Edge are based on different codebases and can interact with the site's Javascript differently. That may not be your issue, but it may be worth it to try a different browser.

Also, your connection to the Live server can manifest itself in a manner where the code thinks your opponent is disconnected; or at least in the past that was possible.
