general wait time for live 15|10 live chess game?

I am trying to say this as gently as I can but I think your main problem is your low standard chess rating. WIth a rating of 536, there just aren't a lot of players in the plus or minus 200 range used by the matching algorithms.
As you get better, you will find it much easier to get matched. Part of your problem may be that when you do get games, you sometimes quit after only a few moves. I know that there are emergencies that come along that force people to quit games sometimes. However, you quit 4 of the7 games shown below from today.
It stands to reason that your rating would be substantially higher if you won any percentage of the games you quit.
If this won't work for you, why not try playing more against the computers? They are always available.
