Bruh people. I am 1725 on rapid but like 1400 OTB. It is the pressure. You will be around 1200-1300 if you have been practicing.

This is done by averaging the difference between OTB and chess.com (and other ratings). In short, it is individual though, so who knows. 
Your bullet is a lot higher than rapid, so I don't know what to make of that. Perhaps you are much better at speed chess, or you don't play rapid too much...
