Why there is no book written by Magnus Carlsen?

I don't see any other super gms phrase it in the same way Carlsen does in interviews, probably all that stardom went to his head.

He's actually pretty down to earth in interviews, so it's more the opposite. His skill went to your head, causing you to dislike him for no logical reason.

@llama44 so from what you said, i realized what i want is not a book.. i want him to be my coach, because his experience is the thing i want.. we have to play together with him or he should watch and warn me while im playing and should give advices so i can understand his ways of thinking.

The secret of playing chess well is:

He will write when he'll be around 70 years .

See you can learn from other masters also but magnus learned same random courses and perfected his skill on his own. other Masters may have focused on other things but magnus made chess his everything. He thinks chess while eating, walking, sleeping, everywhere. if chess is everything for you (or want to explore other part of life) then just be as good as you can from other chess master you don't need course, book from chess god himself.

He doesnt know to say his name either!! That happens when you train a lot!! One can see Dovoretsky who has not a cup bell on his neck and publishing so long books!!

Maybe because he is still playing at a high level and doesn't need the distraction of writing a book. He might also be making enough money playing that he doesn't need to supplement his income with book sales.
