Getting worse?

Hey yall, 

So recently I was doing pretty well. Felt like I was improving and getting genuinely better and a good understanding of the game. But as of recently I have just started losing like crazy, I rarely win anymore, I have dropped in total of 300 across the different modes. I was almost or about 800, now I'm dipping into the 600s. I really don't understand why or how this is happening? It just seems like I blunder like crazy or my opponent is always one move ahead. I do the puzzles and have learned a couple different openings. Any suggestions? 

P.S When I play unranked with people who are a lot better they tell me I'm sandbagging often?

Don't worry many cheaters here

If you review their history...Sandbagging is a couple meanings. Why is it again that a player was a high of 1400, 1500 even higher...and now they are playing in the 800s...Even low 800s. It's SICKINENING. There isn't a way of Selecting those players out of your opponents. Right away in a game I can tell a person making moves that are not 800-1000 normal.

Same thing here, 1650 blitz and half of my opponents have peak over 2k. I am trying to understand how is that even possible but I can't find any reasonable explanation. Whenever I play 1800 blitz players I lose probably like 70 % of the time. No way I could reach 2k even on a good day. People could be sandbagging or enjoyed a weekend of cheating, then kept playing on their own and dropped back down.

Progress often comes in plateaus, where it feels like you're stuck, followed by breakthroughs.
