I mean, don't they know who I AM!
gg = Rub It In?

You people all need to go on call of duty, have some 12 yr old call you a faggot for no reason, and gtf over it.
There is nothing to get over, and that is the same thing we have been talking about. Hiding behind a monitor, or microphone, and acting like a fool.
It costs nothing, and when they find people taking it seriously as you seem to do, they enjoy even more - endless circle...
As i already said, there is nothing to get over.

For what it's worth, I more often encounter "run away like a scared cat!! you were losing all those games!!!", after winning 7 in a row or something, against an opponent who I am like 31-4 lifetime against...

of course it's annoying for the winner to say this to you. the solution is for the loser to say something gracious first.

I only play on the internet.
Then you are missing out on the fun :-)
I think so. Next year when I return to the U.S., I hope to play in some tournaments. Or at least a lot more OTB against serious players.

Thanks guys! Frankly I didn't expect so many posts because there were so many "gg threads" in the past!
GG! Good Going!

People who whine and call someone a coward for playing only 1 game are the worst kind of cancer. I rarely ever accept rematches.
Declining rematches is the new rude. I always offer a mreatch, espcially if I've won as white. The only eception is if the loser has been abusive, or if I simply don't have the time.

People who ... are the worst kind of cancer.
There is very little that you can replace the elipses above with that makes this anything close to a rational statement. Congratulations on finding one.

It isn't rude to just sit down to play one game of chess. The people who call people cowards or runners for leaving after winning a game are terrible. Whiners get no rematches.

yes but is cod a gentlemanly sport like chess?
