Giri or Caruana

Hard to say without being at that level. Giri is one of the most solid GMs at the top, but seems to have trouble winning consistently. Caruana has a very high peak, but can have erratic form. Caruana's a bit more exciting to watch, but Giri is a bit more stable. Bottom line: I don't know :)
