The Glicko is just a reflection of how accurate your rating is. The lower it is, the more accurate your rating. If you play infrequently or have long periods between games the Glicko will increase.

I've got a Glicko rating of 83, I'm not sure of what this says about the standard of my chess. What would the Glicko rating of a reasonable player be?
