I've tried pasting it a few times but this keeps happing

What's happening Chess,com it keeps losing connection now the game freezes I lose without even trying, my net IS connected
I moved my black knight to Ng3 at move 16 which forked my opponents queen and his rook ,after I made the move my knight had moved to B6 , I was in shock and demanded a draw, my opponent was not willing even thou it will give me a winning position, I tried to capture his rook anyways but nothing worked we played a few more moves he moved his rook. I sat the time out which was like 7 minutes. Chess.com sent me a warning, (It never registered in games played) Does this happen to YOU? it's the second time for me , but last time I didn't mind the exchange even thou I couldn't see my piece
