In the first game it was a minor miracle that Magnus didn't win.

I Literally just shook hands with Rex Sinquefield, and he said he believes Fabi can win this. Basing this on Fabi has been better in every game so far, except the first.
And Rex was just ATVing with Fabi 2 weeks ago. So we can take his word for it!
My opinion goes both ways, and I believe that they will draw all 12 games unless one of them messes up or just barely outperforms the other in an opening. Let me just state the facts:
Magnus Carlsen:
Been champion for a while, hasn't performed the best recently
Fabiano Caruana:
The underdog, doing good this year, did have a leakage, I am not sure if it was hoax or accident, but the video did show the name of three other GMs, so he could possibly be getting trained to do better against Magnus. Would be neat if he won, but then again, he is no Bobby Fischer, doubt barely anyone could do as good as our bro Bobby though.
Both of them have missed a possible win, so who knows how the rest of the games will go. I am starting to believe myself that it is not possible to force a win if both players are good enough.

I am not going to fault Fabi from the safety of my phone, using engine analysis.
I'm not the one sitting across from Magnus.

Fabi seems especially good pulling himself out of bad positions.
