Goals achieved in first year- 1396 live standard, >1200 blitz. Next?

Last year i didnt know how the pieces moved, but now i am in the 85th percentile  in live standard and 77th percentile in blitz. All this without studying or  reading books and analyzing my own games or master games. Just wondering how far my talent will take me before i plateau. Also, i have 2 silvers( one accidentally deleted) and a bronze @ the 1200-1499 blitz games.
