Do you know ang good chess books to learn openings, middle game tactics , endgames or anything related to progres at 1700 - 1800 level?

Yes. I don't know if you have read these books or not but here goes. Reassess Your Chess by Silman, Basic Chess Endings by Ruben Fine. Pawn Power in Chess by Hans Smoch, My System by Aaron Nimzovitch, Zurich 1953, The Art of the Checkmate. 100 Endgames you must know by Jesus De la Villa.
