Congrats! This has been confirmed by authentic sources, and I am happy to say that the video was amazing, you should all check it out!
See, in American it isn't 12:00 AM EST, so it isn't effective on FIDE's website, but chess.com says he has it since it doesn't update like FIDE regulations
He has gm title on chess.com but I can't find it on fide so maybe not.
I can't find the nine games in the video in Levy's archive. Still has the GM title, its 9:45 am, April 2.

Weather he will become a GM is debatable. But obviously Levy is on the joke because of that video.
