Thats what i thought.. that was her thoughts on manic depression after discussing feeling a bit sad. I couldn't have put it better myself. Not the first time I've seen waves in an analogy for describing depression. Which also reminds me of water which is used a lot to discuss these types of issues. EG. If your calm below the surface it will be easier to be calm above it...
