guess carlsens seconds..

I am no chess expert, but I think the 3 seconds should have their own speciality ot prevent the "too many chefs in the kithcen spoil the broth" metaphor from transpiring. Since, each coach will have a distinct role. The first second should have a game similiar to the player ( share his same openings and tendencies), since they can discuss offesive strategy and overall game plan, as you can say an Offensive coordinator in american football would for his team. The 2nd second should think like his opponent ( share his same openings and tendencies), thus fortifying the defensive side by negating likely offensive combinations by the opponent, while concurrently trying to find vulnerabilities or flaws of thinking patterns, basically psychological warfare against the opponent, as he will be similiar to the defensive coordinator in american football. The 3rd second should have the highest win percentage or has caused the most distress against the oppponent, this second's role will be to add offensive and defensive insights from his perspective, especially in unfamiliar positions, as he will be similiar to the special teams coordinator in American football. There may be some overlap, yes, but i believe it will  be miniscule.  I think this system could be very effacious in this format. Thus, to recapitulate Carlsen's seconds 

1. Someone of his similiar style

2. Someone that resembles Anand style

3. Person with highest winning percentage against Anand ( if Carlsen, then the 2nd person, obviously)

I just need a chess enthusiast better than myself to find out those seconds that meet the criterion.
