IMO not enough random moves for 1400.
For example it seemed white wanted to play d5, then switched to g4... switching ideas is bad and g4 was bad, but this shows he was doing more than random stuff.

c4 early in particular disgusts me
No 1800 would play that especially with Bd6 and dxe4 as the followup

FYI- Anybody can chime in and guess the rating of the players, but it is recommended to participate in all five rounds. Guessing more than three times or cheating is a surefire way to get muted. Just don't do that.
My guess for the OP: White's ELO: 1670, Black's ELO: 1600 (but black played badly in this game).
