Guess the rating of these players

Hi, guess the rating of the players who played this rapid chess game.

The entire game was basically the mistimed f5. Wouldn't surprise me if both players were basically the same strength... but even though the position was terrible, black didn't offer much resistance. I'll guess something like 1900 to 2000 if it's blitz. You said "rapid" but that could be a lot of different time controls (and I'm not familiar with chess.com rapid ratings anyway).

Although not much happening in the game, so it's hard to tell.

White 1700 and black 1400.

Please, post the link of the original game if you are gonna give the answer.

I know some trompowsky lines, but I've never played it, so to me the whole think looks like:

Theory -> blunder -> punishment. The possible rating range seems really wide. Knowing the time control would help a little.

Well, I would decrease my guess... but others already guessed that so I'll just wait for the answer
