GUI

I currently own Fritz 13, but i have the Houdini 2.0pro UCI engine. I like the annotation feature in fritz where you can just press one button and then the engine goes ahead and analyzes the whole game for you and writes the variations that it thinks is correct.

Currently I have Stockfish and houdini running in arena, a free GUI but one that does not annotate, a feature that i would love to have.

I have also tried skid vs. PC, another GUI but the annotation tool for that somehow does not work for me.

can any of you guys recommend any other good gui's from which i can have the auto annotation feature and also have a good interface?

Thanks in advance

I use chesspad a lot.  it doesn't 'auto' annotate but it's real easy to stick your own notes in there.  and it's free.  :)

Why not just install Houdini and Stockfish as UCI engines in Fritz?

That way you can use all the Fritz Analysis functions, including the rather good "Compare Analysis" function which pits 2 engines outputs against each other and gives lines on every move.
